Complaint against FNP : Product not delivered and no refund processed

I had placed an international order with FNP on 31st December 2025. The order was prepaid. The order was scheduled to be delivered on 1st January 2026.

When the Delivery time passed I reached out to the customer support and they said delivery was attempted however recipient was not contactable. I was patient and asked them to re-attempt the delivery this time I had also provided the local Saudi Arabia no. for contacting. They assured me that the delivery will occur on 4th January, yet there was no update. During this entire time I am not able to track the redelivery status from the app. I was not even contacted when the redelivery attempt supposedly happened. My husband (the recipient) was scheduled to return soon the next day so I asked them to cancel the order and refund the amount, as nobody is there to receive the order anymore. This time I received a call from the team and they informed me that the refund cannot be processed as there were 2 delivery attempts and neither time the recipient was contactable.

Please follow the steps mentioned below. If you have already contacted the company via email or customer care and have not received any response, kindly share the relevant details with us so that we may guide you further.

Call/Online
We recommend that you first call and register your complaint at 9212422000, then Send a detailed email to grievance@fnp.com outlining your issue, including order details and any previous correspondence and request to Refund/Replacement.


Offline-Mode
You can also send your feedback via registered post at FNP Head Office

If they already refunded the amount and provided you the reference number but the amount is not reflecting in your account, please contact your bank or payment provider.

This step not only gives the FNP a chance to refund but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later.
