I am filing this complaint against Flipkart regarding the unreasonable delay in resolving my complaint and their failure to process the return of a defective product.

Product Details:Product Name: LG AI LB65 80 cm (32 inch) Full HD LED Smart WebOS TV – 2026 Edition

I purchased the above-mentioned television from Flipkart. During the installation, the authorized installation technician identified a display assembly issue that was causing noticeable backlight leakage. Based on this, I immediately raised a complaint and requested a return of the defective product.

Since 26 June, I have been continuously following up with Flipkart through calls and support requests. Every day, I receive the same response: "We are working on your resolution." Despite providing all the required documents, job sheets, and information requested by the support team, no effective action has been taken. The return option has still not been enabled, and no definite timeline has been provided.

This prolonged delay has caused me significant inconvenience, stress, and frustration. I have spent considerable time contacting customer support repeatedly, yet my issue remains unresolved. I believe this reflects a failure to provide proper customer service and a deficiency in service.

I respectfully request the Consumer Disputes Redressal Authority to:

Direct Flipkart to immediately process the return of the defective television.

Ensure a full refund of the purchase amount without any further delay.

Take appropriate action against the company for the unnecessary delay and failure to resolve the complaint within a reasonable time.

Grant any other relief deemed appropriate under applicable consumer protection laws.

I have preserved all relevant evidence, including the order details, complaint records, incident number, job sheet, photographs/videos of the defect, and communication with customer support, and I am prepared to submit them in support of my complaint.

I request your kind intervention to ensure that justice is served and that my grievance is resolved at the earliest.
