I wish to lodge a complaint against Flipkart regarding the non-delivery of my order despite repeated assurances.

Facts of the Case:
I placed


the above order on 05 July 2026, and Flipkart assured delivery by 09 July 2026. However, the delivery date has been automatically rescheduled multiple times without my consent:
09 July → 10 July
10 July → 11 July
11 July → 12 July
The tracking information shows that the product has already reached the nearest delivery hub, yet the company has failed to deliver it. Despite contacting customer support, no satisfactory resolution has been provided.
This repeated delay and failure to honor the committed delivery date amount to deficiency in service and has caused inconvenience, loss of time, and mental distress.
How i trust the product
Relief Sought:
Compensation for the inconvenience and delay caused.
Appropriate action against the service deficiency.
