I would like to file a formal complaint against Flipkart⁠� regarding serious deficiency in service, non-compliance with return policy, and continuous mental harassment faced by me.

I purchased a product from Flipkart which was delivered on 9th May. After delivery, I found the product unsuitable/different and immediately raised a return request within the applicable return policy period. Despite following all procedures correctly and raising the request on time, Flipkart has continuously delayed the return pickup without providing any valid resolution.

I have contacted Flipkart multiple times through calls and emails since 9th May, but every time I receive only false assurances and repeated delays. I was even asked to contact the authorized service center, whereas the service center itself clearly informed me that since the product was directly purchased from Flipkart and is under return policy, the complete responsibility of return lies with Flipkart only.

This continuous negligence and irresponsible behavior by Flipkart has caused me severe mental stress, harassment, and unnecessary inconvenience. Even after the expiry of several days, the company has failed to honor its own return policy and consumer rights.

Such conduct amounts to:

Deficiency in service
Unfair trade practice
Violation of consumer rights
Mental harassment of a customer
I request the Consumer Authority to kindly:
Direct Flipkart to immediately process and complete the return/refund.
Take strict action against such negligent customer service practices.
Consider compensation for the mental harassment and inconvenience caused to me.
I am attaching all relevant order details, complaint references, emails, and communication records for verification.
I request urgent intervention in this matter.
