I am filing a complaint against Flipkart regarding severe deficiency in service for my AC order (Order ID: OD337337088238422100).
Details of the issue:
  • Product delivered on 25 April
  • Installation scheduled on 26 April but not completed
  • Rescheduled on 28 April after escalation, still not completed
  • Return request raised on 29 April
  • Uninstallation scheduled on 1 May, but not completed
Despite repeated follow-ups, no resolution has been provided. The product remains unused, and my payment is blocked, causing inconvenience during peak summer.

I request the following:
  1. Immediate pickup of the product
  2. Full refund without delay
  3. Appropriate action against the company for service negligence
Kindly take necessary action and help resolve this matter at the earliest.
