Subject: Complaint regarding deficiency in service, unreasonable delay in delivery, unprofessional conduct by delivery hub staff, and failure to provide customer support.
Facts of the Complaint:
I placed an order on Flipkart, and the promised delivery date was 08 July 2026. Despite the expiry of the promised delivery date, my order has not been delivered.
During multiple interactions with Flipkart Customer Support, I was repeatedly informed that I would receive a callback within four hours. However, no callback was ever received, and no meaningful assistance was provided.
I personally contacted the nearest Flipkart delivery hub at Auto Nagar, Tenali (Pincode: 522202). The hub representative, Kiran (Mobile: 78158 86755), confirmed that my order was available at the hub. Despite this, the hub refused to deliver the order and stated that it would instead be cancelled.
The conduct of the hub staff was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. The representative behaved in an abusive manner during the conversation, causing unnecessary harassment and mental distress.
Despite repeatedly escalating the matter through Flipkart Customer Support and the delivery hub, no effective action has been taken. The order continues to remain undelivered without any valid explanation.
This clearly amounts to deficiency in service, unfair trade practice, and failure to honour the promised delivery commitment. I have preserved all supporting evidence, including order details, screenshots, chat transcripts, and call records.
Relief Sought:
I respectfully request the Hon'ble Consumer Commission to:
Direct Flipkart to deliver my order immediately, if it has not already been cancelled or delivered.
Direct Flipkart to provide a written explanation for the unreasonable delay despite the order being available at the nearest hub.
Direct Flipkart to investigate the conduct of the concerned delivery hub staff and take appropriate disciplinary action.
Award suitable compensation for the mental agony, inconvenience, harassment, and loss of time caused due to the deficiency in service.
Award litigation costs and any other relief deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice.
