Hi Team,
I am writing to strongly escalate an issue that has remained unresolved for 28 days despite repeated follow-ups. I purchased a Voltas AC from Flipkart, delivered on May 18, and have faced continuous problems due to improper installation by the technician from Jeeves. My complaints have not been addressed.
Additionally, I raised another complaint regarding unauthorized charges 250 + 549 collected by the technician and the misleading manner in which a maintenance plan was pitched. Despite 10–15 calls to Flipkart customer support and multiple escalations to senior representatives, no resolution has been provided.
I believe this prolonged inaction is unacceptable.
