Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to raise a complaint against Flipkart regarding an unresolved return and refund issue for a product delivered to Pincode 400022 (Sion-Chunabhatti).

The product received was of unsatisfactory quality and also had fitting issues. Accordingly, I initiated a return request and lodged a complaint through the Flipkart application within the eligible return period, i.e., before 30 May 2026.

Initially, Flipkart scheduled a return pickup and later rescheduled it until 9 June 2026. However, the product was never picked up, and no refund was processed. Upon checking the application, I found that the return request had been automatically closed, stating that the return policy had expired on 30 May 2026 and that no refund would be provided.

This is highly unfair, as I had raised the return request well within the permitted return window. The delay in pickup was entirely due to Flipkart's failure to arrange the collection of the product. Customers should not be penalized for operational delays caused by the platform.

Furthermore, it is extremely difficult to reach customer support, as there is no direct contact information available for delivery personnel or effective customer service representatives to resolve such issues.

This is the second time I have suffered a financial loss due to similar issues with Flipkart. It is truly disheartening and disappointing to experience such poor customer service repeatedly.

I request the concerned authorities to investigate this matter, direct Flipkart to process my refund, and take strict action to prevent such practices from affecting other customers.
