Farman Salon, located in Leela Bhawan, Patiala, misled me and used wrong products, causing severe hair damage (burnt hair). Despite my complaint to Consumer Helpline on 20th March, there's been no resolution. I'm stressed, my confidence is shattered, and I'm unable to attend functions. I have a wedding soon, and my family is upset. Doctors say my damaged hair won't recover. Please help."
