My train ticket booking was failed but money was deducted. Refund due date was 4th May. It's been more than 20 days and a refund of Rs. 2956.3 has not yet been credited in my account. Disappointed with MMT raise ticket option or email grievanceofficer@makemytrip.com
service@makemytrip.com or Customer service.
Worst experience. Let me know when I can expect my refund.
