I am writing to bring to your attention a long-pending issue with Eureka Forbes regarding my Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). Despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter with the company's customer care, there has been no resolution to date.

I am writing to bring to your attention a long-pending issue with Eureka Forbes regarding my Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). Despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter with the company's customer care, there has been no resolution to date.
The details of my complaint are as follows:
- AMC Details: I purchased an AMC from Eureka Forbes for the period from 18.12.2021 to 17.12.2024 for my Compact machine (AG COMPACT-36 MTH). A copy of the AMC document is attached for your reference.
- Upgrade Offer and Agreement: In November 2022, I received an offer from Eureka Forbes to upgrade my old Compact machine to a new model, AQUAGUARD SELECT CLASSIC+ 1, with the assurance that my existing AMC would be extended to cover the new machine. This condition was explicitly confirmed by the sales manager, Mr. Dhananjay Sonawane. Relevant communication details are attached.
- Purchase and Exchange: Based on this assurance, I exchanged my Compact machine for the new AQUAGUARD SELECT CLASSIC+ 1 model in November 2022. I have attached the purchase bill for reference.
- AMC Extension Issue: As per the agreement, the AMC was supposed to be extended for the new machine starting from November 2023, after the completion of the one-year warranty period for the new machine. However, this extension has not been implemented to date.
- Request for Refund: Given that I have not received any AMC services for the period from 2022 to 2024, I requested Eureka Forbes to refund the unused portion of my AMC amount corresponding to this period. Unfortunately, despite my numerous emails and calls to customercare@eurekaforbes.com, there has been no response from their side.
