I am lodging this complaint against an online seller named ElanaWear, from whom I ordered 3 pairs of jeans for ₹1500 through their Instagram page/website link.
On receiving the parcel today, I found that only 1 pair of jeans was delivered. Moreover, the product is dirty, unhygienic, and completely different from what was advertised on their platform. The seller’s Instagram page/website has now become unreachable, and I am unable to contact them for replacement, refund, or return.
This clearly amounts to fraudulent trade practice, false advertising, and deficiency in service under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
