I placed an order for chocolates on 7 Julythrough the website Ditch the Guilt (Email: ditchtheguiltchocolates@gmail.com). Despite the payment being made, the order has not been delivered to date.
I also tried contacting the seller using the contact numbers provided on the website, but the numbers are invalid or do not exist. This has left me with no way to communicate with the seller regarding my order.
I request the Consumer Court to investigate this matter, take strict action against the website and its operators, and ensure that such fraudulent websites and advertisements do not mislead or cheat other consumers.
I also request a refund of the amount paid and any other relief deemed appropriate under the law.
