I want to file a complaint against Club Exotica Luxury Vacations Pvt Ltd for misleading membership commitments, deficiency in service, and refund refusal.

I purchased a membership from Club Exotica and paid ₹65,000 based on promises made by their sales team. At the time of purchase, I was informed that my membership includes Breakfast + Dinner and that domestic hotel bookings require only 7 days advance planning, while international bookings require one month advance planning.

However, when I tried to book a domestic stay in Jaipur, I submitted my travel request around 30 days in advance, but proper support and committed services were not provided.

Further, my membership document clearly mentions “Breakfast + Dinner,” but during booking, I was informed that only breakfast is included. This is contradictory to the commitments made at the time of membership sale.

I was also informed by the manager on call that they would recheck and provide an alternate property, but no proper response or satisfactory resolution was provided.

Due to misleading information, false commitments, and poor service, I requested cancellation of membership and refund, but the matter has not been resolved.

I request appropriate action against the company and assistance in getting a refund of my membership amount of ₹65,000 along with compensation for harassment and inconvenience caused.
