We are from Nashik and had entered in to contract with Classic Pride Corporate Services Pvt Ltd,Nasik on 22/06/2022 for three years.Their address is: 210,Siddhi Pooja Regency,Behind Vihar Hotel,Old Gangapur Phone number +918108345216 Road,Nashik-422 005.EmailID: customercare@classicpride.in .Given telephone lines are all ignored all the time.
We had paid Rs.70000/-for the said contract which was mainly for holidays within and out side India.As the service from company was so poor,we utilised the holiday Still date they no give any travel booking.The company has no policy to adhere to contract terms.The contract was signed on stamp paper of Rs.100/-Executives employed are continuously changing and are too junior for taking any decisions.Seniors of the company never attend calls.Last six months, they are not reachable(Even junior employees) and they do not respond to emails either.Their phones are "Dead" or switched OFF.How to ask or discuss any matter with them is very big dilema.
