We are residents of Nashik and had entered into a contract with Classic Pride Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd., Nashik in 2023 under a membership plan. Their registered address is:

We paid Rs. 85,000/- for the membership, which was primarily meant to cover domestic and international holiday bookings. However, the services provided by the company have been extremely poor and unreliable. Despite multiple attempts, we have barely been able to use the membership benefits.
From the very beginning, the company has not adhered to the terms of the contract. Their communication is inconsistent, and the staff keeps changing frequently. The executives who connect with us are junior and unable to make decisions, while senior officials never respond to calls.
For the last several months, none of the company representatives are reachable. Their phone numbers remain switched off or unanswered, and they do not respond to emails or WhatsApp messages. Even their office appears to be non-operational. Due to this, it has become impossible to request bookings or discuss any concerns.
Relief Sought:
We request a full refund of the membership amount paid, as the services promised under the contract have not been delivered, and the company is completely non-responsive.
Kindly help us resolve this matter.
