I had ordered 4 in 1 USB 1 TB flash drive through caseswrap.com on 8th December 2025 with the order number CW1940310. This order was consigned by E-Commerce company called shiprocket and the consignment was picked up by Bluedart via AWB number 77618244454 from the address No. 148, Totaram Bazaar, Big Building Tower Main Road, Ganeshpura, Trinagar, Northwest Delhi 110035 as confirmed with Bluedart customer care. An amount of Rs 1899 paid through UPI to Bluedart on 15th December 2025. After unwrapping the package it was found to be a phone case instead of 4 in 1 USB 1 TB flash drive. I tried contacting the merchant through email support@caseswrap.com but did not receive any response from them. Also there is no contact numbers available for grievance redressal.

Please follow the below steps:

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

Step 2
File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal:
https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
