I purchased a used car from Cars24 after being informed by their sales team that I would be the second owner of the vehicle.

However, after verifying the vehicle details through VAHAN Pro, I found that the vehicle already has 5 previous owners registered against it. This clearly indicates that incorrect and misleading information was provided to me at the time of purchase.

The ownership history of a vehicle is a critical factor in deciding whether to purchase a used vehicle. Had the correct ownership details been disclosed, I would not have proceeded with the purchase.

This act amounts to

• Misrepresentation of facts
• Concealment of actual vehicle history
• Unfair trade practice
• Cheating and misleading the customer

I request immediate clarification from Cars24 regarding:

1. Why the vehicle was sold as a second-owner vehicle instead of a fifth-owner vehicle.
2. Why the actual ownership history was not disclosed.
3. Appropriate resolution and compensation for the losses and inconvenience caused.

I request to take necessary action and help resolve this issue urgently.
