I am writing to formally complain about the cancellation of my Flipkart order without my request or consent.
Order Id - OD438372412299049100
Product - Bosch Refrigerator 302 Ltr.
Order Date - 16/08/2026
Order Value – 27359
I had placed the above order on Flipkart and did not request or authorise its cancellation. However, Flipkart cancelled the order without obtaining my consent. This has caused me inconvenience and has deprived me of the opportunity to purchase the product at the Flipkart.
I request Flipkart to:
Investigate why the order was cancelled without my consent.
Provide a clear written explanation and the exact reason for cancellation.
Reinstate the order and arrange delivery at the original confirmed price, if possible.
If reinstatement is not possible, provide an appropriate resolution/compensation for the inconvenience and loss caused.
Please treat this as a formal grievance and provide a written response within a reasonable time.
I am retaining the order confirmation, cancellation notification, payment records, screenshots and relevant communication as evidence.
