Yesterday on 8th sep 2025 I have ordered 2 products heel pain relief and shoulder pain belt from Blinkit and it was mentioned replacement is allowed only within 72 hours if the product is damaged,expired or defective .in case of wrong item you may raise Replacement or return .
Now for the last 2 days I am continuously trying to replace the items as they are of very very pure quality and also looks used but they are continuously denying to replace by saying item is out of stock and neither are returning the product .
If the product is out of stock then atleast should return the product but continuously harassing for the same
