URGENT – Consumer Complaint Against Bajaj Finserv – EMI Closure & CIBIL Damage
This is the third time I am forced to raise my grievance publicly because Bajaj Finance has failed to resolve my issue for 2 years.
In 2023, I purchased a laptop through Bajaj Finance on EMI.
Due to unavoidable reasons, I surrendered the laptop back at their office.
Since then, I have repeatedly requested them to close my loan account.
Despite continuous follow-ups, no closure has been done till today. Consequences of Bajaj Finance’s Negligence:
My CIBIL score has been severely damaged.
I am unable to avail education loans or other bank loans.
My higher studies and career prospects are badly affected.
I am under constant stress and mental pressure due to this unresolved issue.
This is not just poor service – it is gross negligence impacting a consumer’s financial and personal life.
I strongly demand Bajaj Finance to:
Close my loan account immediately.
Rectify and update my CIBIL records without further delay.
If Bajaj Finance continues to ignore this complaint, I will be left with no option but to escalate this matter to the RBI, the Banking Ombudsman, and the Consumer Court.
