Dear Sir,
I have taken Skin care package from Avataar Skincare Technologies for my daughter Devina Kumar. Below are the details of the package.
I paid a total of ₹35,000 for a Full Body LHR package (6 sessions) and a Salicylic Peel package (6 sessions). The Salicylic Peel was priced at approximately ₹16,000 as confirmed in my payment evidence and sales communication with their Sales representative Kshitiz Tyagi (December 20, 2024).
2. First of all, i have taken Peel for my back, arms and neck area. but they have sent the peel solution which can be only used for one small arealike face. They never brief their therapist for the treatment what they have to bring how much quantities they have to bring for giving any treatment. I have to wait for more than one hour extra in every session for getting extra peel to cover the full area for which i have taken the treatment. After just 3 peel sessions with zero visible improvement, Avataar Skincare doctor advised discontinuation of the treatment, confirming it was not suitable for my daughter's skin. The decision to stop was not mine — it was Avataar medical team's recommendation.
3. During my LHR sessions, I experienced:
- A machine that tripped the electricity supply at my residence due to poor quality of machine and having lots of issues in starting of machine as well.
- After that, they brought a second machine that leaked water mid-session, creating a safety hazard
- They asked to visit their treatment center, which was actually an old garage and full of dirt and no lights, no hygiene, some person was knocking the door continuously at the time of LHR treatment, I was so scared and door was also not locking properly, it was horrible experience, i immediately stopped that day the treatment and came back to my home without taking their session. They are not having proper clinic to perform a LHR or any other sessions. Government should check their clinic before some bad incent happened. I immediately called to the customer care of Avataar and they told me that they will do the treatment at any other place which never happened and i have to cancel the treatment.
- I got lots of Burns on her arms and underarms, confirmed by a doctor to be caused by incorrect frequency settings administered by their therapist. I have prescriptions for the same.
4. Despite all of the above — documented safety failures, medically advised discontinuation, and clear evidence of the amount paid — they have offered a wallet credit of ₹3,599 as 'final resolution.' This is approximately 22% of what I paid for the peel package.
I have also called them several time and asked for the refund they ask me to send email and then i have sent various emails and mentioned all my points again and again. but i haven't received my full amount. I don't want to take their poor services now. I want my full money back along with compensation.
All these activities have given me lots of stress and mental trauma now i am looking for compensation of INR 3 lac for giving very poor services lack of hygiene, unprofessional therapist, safety, bad quality equipment used by them causing skin issues and she has also developed Alopecia due to mental stress given by them. For which i am getting her treatment from another Dr.
Request you to please help in getting my compensation and file a complaint and take their license by giving unprofessional services which may harm to other girls.
