I wish to file a formal complaint against and the concerned seller for unfair trade practice, misleading information, and deficiency in service.
I purchased a cooler through Amazon after seeing that the product was clearly marked as 10-day returnable on the platform. Relying on this assurance, I placed the order. However, within only 2 days of delivery, when I tried to initiate the return, Amazon denied processing the return and stated that only the seller could handle it.
When I contacted the seller, they informed me that they only offer replacement and permit returns only in rare cases. This is contrary to the return policy shown at the time of purchase and amounts to misleading the customer.
Because of this false representation and lack of support, I have suffered inconvenience, stress, wasted time, and mental harassment. I feel cheated as a consumer.
I respectfully request the following relief:
Immediate acceptance of return and full refund of the purchase amount.
Compensation for mental harassment, inconvenience, and time loss.
Action against misleading return policy practices.
Direction to ensure transparent return/refund policies for consumers.
