Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to file a formal complaint against Amazon India for repeated and unexplained cancellations of my orders, coupled with a complete lack of transparency and accountability from their support teams.
Over the past several weeks, Amazon has been cancelling my orders again and again, without providing any valid reason. When I reached out to their support team, I was informed that this was due to some form of “suspicious activity” on my account. However, despite multiple follow-ups, I have not been given any specific information about what this suspicious activity actually is.
Let me clearly state: my account is not blocked, but every time I place an order, it gets cancelled shortly after. This is not only frustrating, but also highly concerning, as my account is linked to my KYC details, UPI, and card information. If something truly suspicious is happening, I have the right to be informed – because this affects me personally, not just Amazon.
All I receive from their so-called OFM team is a generic email with no actionable information. No one cares to resolve the issue or guide me on how to fix it. As a paying customer, this treatment is unacceptable and violates the basic principles of transparency and fair service.
Therefore, I request the Consumer Court to:
I am happy to provide all relevant emails, screenshots, and order details to support my case.
Kindly treat this as an urgent matter.

Therefore, I request the Consumer Court to:
- Direct Amazon to provide complete and clear details of the alleged suspicious activity.
- Ensure that Amazon resolves this issue immediately and stops cancelling my legitimate orders without cause.
- Investigate this matter to prevent such poor handling of customer concerns in the future.
I am happy to provide all relevant emails, screenshots, and order details to support my case.
