I would like to file a complaint against AJIO regarding the non-delivery of one item from my order and the company's failure to resolve the issue despite multiple complaints and sufficient evidence.

Facts of the Case:

I placed an order on AJIO for two track pants and paid the full amount for both items. Upon receiving and opening the package, I found that only one track pant was present inside the parcel.

To ensure transparency, I recorded a video while opening the package. The video clearly shows that only one track pant was delivered even though the order consisted of two track pants.

Immediately after discovering the shortage, I contacted AJIO customer support and raised multiple complaints through calls and support requests. I informed them that one item was missing from the package and provided all necessary details regarding the issue.

Despite several follow-ups and repeated requests, AJIO has neither delivered the missing track pant nor refunded the amount corresponding to the undelivered item. Their customer support team has failed to conduct a proper investigation and has not provided any satisfactory resolution.

This conduct amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice, causing financial loss, inconvenience, and mental harassment.

Relief Sought:

I respectfully request the Honorable Commission to direct AJIO to:
  1. Refund the amount paid for the missing track pant or deliver the missing item immediately.
  2. Pay compensation for the mental agony, inconvenience, and time spent pursuing the matter.
  3. Reimburse any expenses incurred in filing and pursuing this complaint.
  4. Pass any other order deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice.
