I am writing to express my deep disappointment and distress regarding the ongoing experience with Airtel service teams, including Nodal, Appellate and Customer Care. Despite more than sixty email communications since January 2026, I have not receive the support as a customer, particularly concerning a refund that remains unresolved.

Throughout this process, I have made numerous requests and attempts to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, there has been a lack of clear communication or decisive action from Airtel’s side. This ongoing situation has led to considerable inconvenience and frustration, making it increasingly difficult for me to trust the service I am paying for.

I kindly urge you to address this matter with urgency. Please provide a resolution regarding my refund and consider compensation for the distress and harassment I have experienced. Furthermore, I hope that future interactions will reflect respect and professionalism, ensuring that customers receive the support they deserve.

Dear Sir,

I am writing to escalate an issue regarding a failed recharge transaction for my prepaid number 9870044088.

I had attempted a recharge of Rs. 199 on 7th March at 12:46 PM through Airtel Payments Bank Wallet. The transaction ID for the same is 560307129374363. However, the recharge was not successful, while the amount was deducted from my wallet.

I have already contacted your customer care support via call and chat and have also shared the transaction screenshot as requested. Despite this, I have not yet received the refund amount.

This delay is concerning, and I request you to kindly investigate the issue and process the refund at the earliest.

Airtel customer service is one of the worst, we recently took a family bundle which i requested for the name to be changed under mine from my husbands. We were assured that this would be done within the next billing cycle but i can see that unfortunately its under the same name. now we have been told that we must submit an Aadhar card at the nearest office and that they will not rectify the bill which was generated. Also, we tried pulling ourselves out of the bundle but we instead were told to pay the bill. With one day to go, i would really like my name on the bill and I am feeling completely harassed by Airtel.
