I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Airtel Network for their unsatisfactory service and inadequate handling of my raised request. Despite multiple attempts to resolve my issue by connecting with customer care representatives, I have encountered several instances of call disconnections without any provided solution. Moreover, my case has been closed multiple times without any resolution.am writing to file a formal complaint against Airtel Network due to their unsatisfactory service and inadequate handling of my raised requests. Despite multiple attempts to resolve my issue through customer care representatives, I have experienced numerous instances of call disconnections without any provided solutions. Additionally, my case has been closed multiple times without any resolution.
I have sent multiple reminders to their customer grievance email addresses, "content.grievance@airtel.com" and "121@airtel.com," but no action has been taken. This situation is extremely frustrating and is causing me significant mental trauma, as I am unable to perform my work effectively due to the poor internet speed.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the poor customer service provided by Airtel Network. As a result of this negligence and inconvenience, I am requesting a full refund of the amount paid for the services.

Summary of the Issue: I subscribed to Airtel AirFiber WiFi and TV connection last month. Since day one, I have been experiencing very low internet speeds. I formally reported this issue on 10th March 2025, but the raised requests were closed without providing any proper solutions. I received false commitments, such as assurances that, as an Airtel Black customer, my issue would be resolved within 4 hours. However, it has never been resolved within the given TAT.
