Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Airtel Fiber and DTH for failure to shift my connection and for causing mental harassment due to repeated unresolved complaints over the past six days.
I have not had any internet service from Airtel Fiber for the past six days as my connection is not shifted to new house and by the way I am being billed for these 6 days as well as I’m a postpaid customer. I have made continuous follow up calls to Airtel customer care, and each time I am told the issue will be resolved within four hours—yet no action has been taken.
They are even denying discontinuing the services upon my request as the request for the shift connection is still open from their end.
The customer care responses have been repetitive and robotic, including statements such as:
• “Sorry for the inconvenience,”
• Wrong address was updated (even though I have communicated the correct address to them, but wrongly updated the address from Customer care end)
• “Give us one last chance,”
• “It will be fixed in 4 hours,”
• “We are escalating the issue,”
And all these are without any notifications/emails as they very well know these may be used for proof/evidence.
This ineffective support and the lack of accountability have caused significant mental distress.
This outage has directly impacted my ability to work and has resulted in professional setbacks. The lack of service, combined with the false assurances and negligence from Airtel, has led to both financial and emotional strain.
Relief Sought:
1. Immediate restoration of the internet service.
2. Compensation for mental harassment and loss of work due to service outage.
3. Assurance of non-recurrence and accountability for service providers.
I am attaching relevant documents including call logs, SMS screenshots, and service request references for your kind perusal.
