Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to lodge a formal complaint against Airtel Fiber Team regarding the non-installation of a new broadband connection despite successful payment.
After making the payment for the new Airtel Fiber connection, no technician has visited my location for installation. I have repeatedly 100 times and above tried to contact the local Airtel Fiber engineers assigned to my area, but they have neither responded to my calls nor provided any update regarding the installation status. In many instances, my calls were ignored, and their mobile phones were switched off.
I have already raised multiple complaints and sent emails to Airtel customer support regarding this issue. Unfortunately, I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution from their end. Due to this negligence, I am facing significant inconvenience, and my personal as well as official work is being severely affected.
I request your intervention to:
Ensure immediate installation and activation of the Airtel Fiber connection, or
Arrange a full refund of the amount paid at the earliest if the service cannot be provided.
I kindly request that necessary action be taken against the concerned service provider and local support team for their irresponsible behavior and poor customer service.
