I subscribed to the Adobe Creative Cloud Student & Teacher Plan. Without my explicit consent, Adobe changed my subscription to another plan and is now demanding an annual cancellation fee when I try to cancel. I was not given proper prior notice or asked to consent to this change.
This amounts to an unfair trade practice and deficiency in service under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
I request that Adobe:
1. Cancel my subscription immediately without any early termination fee.
2. Refund any excess amount charged due to the unauthorized plan change.
3. Compensate me for the inconvenience caused.
