On June 19, I paid my ACT bill of 3400 for 6+2 month plan.
Thereafter, they keep opening & closing reconnection tickets with resolving the issue.
It's been 1 week of no internet for me which effected my work life as well as daily activities for which they should actually compensate me.
coming to their customer helpline, it barely connects after waiting in-line for 2-3 hours & they just apologise for delay but no further quick action from them to resolve it.
