Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to file a formal consumer complaint against Accurate Furniture & Interior, located at Shop No-5, Hiral Complex, Faizabad Road, Murari Nagar, Indira Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, 226016. On 25/03/2026, I visited the shop and placed an order for a sofa set, a centre table, and a 6-seater dining table with six chairs. The designs were discussed, and the price was mutually agreed upon. The order was confirmed, and I paid an advance of ₹33,000 via Google Pay. However, the next day, I received a message from Ishrat Jahan stating that the design I ordered was not feasible. Instead, she sent me random designs that I explicitly did not like. When I requested a cancellation and a refund, she refused and began sending threatening messages, blaming me for misbehavior. Despite my repeated requests, she is now refusing to return my advance. I have attached screenshots of the WhatsApp conversations as evidence, showing that the shop broke the agreement by changing the design and refusing the refund. I request your urgent intervention to help me recover my ₹33,000 advance payment. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
