Respected Sir/Madam,

I would like to file a complaint against the online brand “Ditch The Guilt” for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.

After seeing their advertisement, I placed a prepaid order on their website, trusting the brand. However, it has been more than 10 days, and I have not received the product. I am also unable to view my order history on their website, which raises serious concerns about transparency and fraud.

Despite making the payment, there has been no proper response, no delivery update, and no customer support assistance. This shows negligence and lack of professionalism towards customers.

I request the Consumer Court to kindly intervene and help me get:
  1. Immediate delivery of the product, or
  2. A full refund of the paid amount with necessary action against the seller.
Kindly take necessary steps to protect consumers from such misleading practices.

Please follow the below steps:

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

Step 2
File an Online
complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide


If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
