I had purchased a car from DPS tata motors Kashmere gate delhi on 28 oct 2025 . They sold out my mobile no to thrid party . I received a call from W international holiday that due to purchased of new car you are our lucky winner for holiday trip to collect the voucher pls visit IIDL suites Mayur vihar Delhi.When i visted there they explained me plan of holiday package for 4 to 5 star property. it is night time to deal need to close on day as per W international holiday member. So i purchase plan and done payment of Rs 115000/-. They signed an agreement for this . When i reached home i read the contract paper found there were many information which were not clear to me so i call to coordinator for this again coordinator not explain my same thing. on a next day i mailed to them to cancelled my plan and i get revert that it is non refundable which is also previously not clear to me. i arranged meeting with W international and explain all things after many argument they agree to refund amount Rs 30000/- and reduced my policy from 10 year to 3 years. In the month of Dec 2025 i asked them for hotel booking they give me option of only 3star property . This is total Froud done by W international holiday and DPS car motor who sold my contact details to them
