I hereby register a compliant about JIO, Telecom Service Provider who have not refunded my money of Rs.4,443.46 paid towards JIO connection on 1st of June 2026 and subsequently cancelled owing to lack of customer service. The connection was taken under registered mobile number 9150235803.
Our several telephone calls with repeated follow-ups to their customer care are of vain with constant reassurances but refund yet to reflect into our bank account. And, for your information, we had to cancel our connection only because of lack of customer care as their representatives neither took our call nor visited the house for connection even after taking the money.
