I have been writing this email to register a complaint against Indore based company - Human Needs Solutions which provide delivery of products in my hometown area Udhampur, Jammu & Kashmir (PIN - 182101). It has been now around three months when we have signed an agreement regarding his delivery but I have not got any delivery till now and they have taken an amount of 30,000/- as per security and provided me their products.
The person of contact is not picking up my phone and I am trying their contacts since 3 months. It has been very frustating for me as there is no contact with these persons.
