Sir,
I have applied for connection of Jio Fiber on 21st January 2026 for which I have made a payment of Rs 600/-(screenshot attached) having order number NO0001B7H3K4 and JioFiber voice number is +916513169689. Since then 3-4 service/installation persons have visited my home but were not able to provide the connection citing some technical issues. I have waited and tracked the proceedings for months but there is very pathetic service/response from JioFiber customer cares. Each and every time when I contacted them they reschedule my connection service. Lastly they cancelled my order and escalated for refund, but till date 06/04/2026, I haven't got my refund neither new connection. I didn't understand that in this 5G era where transactions of thousands of crores are done within hours what is taking them so long to resolve my issue of canceled order and refund of money. It is totally fraud to hold someone money whatever is the amount for so long without any reason. It seems to be scam. Kindly help and save common man penny amount
They have no right to hold someone's money for so long without providing any service. I urge to see these type of matter on urgent basis and hope for the best.
