recently I recharge my Jio wifi on 26.10.2025 to my regular connection, Since the recharged, the connection has not been working. Despite multiple complaints made via your customer service channels (including complaint numbers [SR00002R71TX), no effective resolution has been provided.
More surprising is that not a single call was made by the jio fiber team, and was not resolve still, now I fill after recharging this that I m a fool
Requested Action:
I request that this matter be treated with urgency. If the issue is not resolved within [ 2 days], I will be compelled to escalate this to TRAI and consumer grievance forums.
