I am a resident of Sumerpur, in the Pali district of Rajasthan. I have a Jio AirFiber connection installed at my home, which had been functioning very well until recently. For the past 20–25 days, however, we have been experiencing issues with the Jio Fiber service in our area. The internet speed has become extremely slow, and TV channels are also buffering and playing intermittently. We have attempted to contact Jio Customer Care regarding this matter—both via phone calls and WhatsApp—but we consistently receive the same canned response: "There is a service disruption in your area, and we are working to resolve it as quickly as possible." We have been unable to speak with any customer care executive directly, nor has anyone taken steps to rectify the issue. We also reached out to the local Jio Store, but our concerns went unheeded there as well; they, too, simply stated that they are "working on it" and would resolve the problem shortly. We would have been understanding if this were a matter of just a few days; however, it has now been 20–25 days, and no one seems willing to listen or offer any form of resolution. I earnestly request that you please intervene and ensure that our issue is resolved.
