Jeeves company person visited my premises for ac installation (21/5/26) and after drilling the wall as well as unpacking the inner unit, he informed me regarding hidden accessory charges and also mentioned that it is mandatory. I called Flipkart and after clarification got to know that those were additional rates and wasn’t compulsory at all. After all of this, technician said that their scheduled visit time is over and some other technician will visit to complete the installation and left the installation halfway. After multiple followups for next couple of days, on sunday morning (24/5/26), I got a call from Jeeves and they communicated very rudely that they won’t install my ac and I should get it done from the brand company. When I asked for reasoning, the person(Mustafa) started abusing me and hence I had to file a complaint on this as I didn’t get any response on this from Flipkart as well. Kindly look into this!!
