On May 18, 2026, I purchased medical supplies worth Rs. 6,292 from Amrit Pharmacy at IGIMS, Patna (Bill No. 2601683013208). On May 21, 2026, I returned medical supplies worth Rs. 4,705 from that purchase though bill No. 2601683013208 (Return Receipt Bill No. 260167600711). At the time of the return, I submitted the required form along with my account number and payment details to the shop. However, the refund amount for the returned medicines has not yet been credited to my account. My mother, who was undergoing cancer treatment at IGIMS, Patna, has since passed away, yet the payment has still not been made to me.
