Respected Sir,
I am Tripti Pal, proprietor of M/S Beacon Infocom, situated at Peerless Market Complex, P.O. Panihati, Kolkata - 700114, running a cyber café business, I was needed a colour printer machine for my cyber café, so, I contacted on 02.02.2026 with Mr. Manik Roy, ex-employee of Epson company and his resident address is D-03/302 Peerless Nagar, Panihati, Kolkata 700114 and he offer me an economic Epson printer whose value is Rs. 21,500/- and sent me QR code and bank details through whatsapp chat of M/S 3d Infotech for transfer whole amount and also assured me that he will deliver printer on next day. On 03.02.2026 I transfer the whole amount to that QR code through UPI payment system and share the money receipt to his whatsapp app.
After payment received Mrs. Saswati Bagchi, proprietor of M/S 3D Infotech and Mr. Manik Roy are continuously falsely assuring me that they are sending printer at morning or afternoon or evening everyday. They only send me an invoice copy. On 10.02.2026 I am annoyed and forced to ask them for refund of my money because each and everyday I am returning our customer and for that reason I cannot running my business. After that they were not receiving my calls and blocked my phone numbers. They gave Rs. 10,000/- on 12.02.2026, Rs. 2,500/- on 17.02.2026 and Rs. 2,000/- on 06.03.2026, after several requests and threatened about police and court case and they assured me that they will clear remaining amount before 10.03.2026 within 2 PM. But after several request still now they are not paying the remaining amount i.e. Rs. 7,000/- to me.

2) Mr. Manik Roy, residing at D-03/302 Peerless Nagar, PO Panihati, Kolkata 700114.
Sir, my husband has been died on 13.06.2023 due to blood cancer and I incurred huge money for his treatment, I have a 4 years child. This business is my way of earning money but from few days I cannot run the business. So, helplessly and hopelessly I am requesting before your honour to take necessary action against above mentioned 2 persons
