MY SON BOUGHT A CAP FOR ME ON 09/08/2026 from the Nike showroom at Elante Mall. THE CAP STARTED LEAVING ITS GREEN COLOUR ON OTHER LIGHT COLOURS.
I VISITED THE STORE PERSONALLY, BUT THEY SAID I SHOULD FILE A CLAIM WITH THE COMPANY HEAD OFFICE. AFTER FILING MY CLAIM, THEY GAVE ME A CLAIM NO

Nike claim: 140404019. I submitted the claim on 8th September 2026. Since then, only emails have been coming that they have sent email to the store to submit a physical report. The store is not responding to them at all.​
