Dear sir/ma’am,
I have paid Rs. 42,645 as deposit and onboarding charges to CoLive with the promise of a check-in date of 1st February 2026. However, the property manager then said the concerned property hasn’t been vacated and it will only be available from the next month. Now that they cannot fulfill what they promised, as is my right, I have repeatedly asked them for cancellation of my booking and refund of my deposit. However, the sales person-of-contact has now stopped answering all my messages and calls, and the Customer Support number repeatedly asks me to wait and raise internal tickets for the same. I have been severely mentally harassed as a result of this for the last week and my work has been affected too. I urge you to take this up and make this company answerable for acting like literal conmen.
