The salesperson who spoke to me took my preferences and showed me a “demo room” that included a kitchen inside the PG accommodation. She proceeded to tell me that the location shall be booked soon so she asked me to make a reservation with a fee of 2000 rupees. I paid and she sent the location. I informed her that i will visit the PG the same day at 7pm and she said she had informed the building manager. Further when I visited the location, the security denied my entry and also said that such a room as sent in the video does not exist. The customer care keeps pushing my refund date farther away or says I will receive information by end of day. Nobody picks up my call and there’s no refund initiated and it’s been a month. They keep closing my service ticket without resolving the same. I demand refund due to the fraud committed by sales person which is legally a crime. Kindly look at the attached screenshots. the sales person name is VIJITHA. SHE DELETED PROOF ON CHATS OF THE VIDEO. AND SHE BLOCKED ME. HER NUMBER IS +918050015928
