I have purchased a vehicle XL6 from Nexa Pune in July2024 under corporate scheme. Recently when I went to fill CNG, the pump person told me that my card (CNG tank retest validity is over), and I have to do a retest. I inquired more about this and I came to know that the cylinder test is valid for 3 years, and for my car it was only 3 will be completed in July26. on more investigation I came to know that the test was done in May23, hence my validity got over in May26. however this was never informed to me while purchasing the car.
Well, no I reached out to Nexa showroom people and they assured me that they will get the rested done for me, but now I am calling them but in vain. multiple calls, still they are not responding in time and once the Sr Manager answered my call and he apologized and stated that he will arrange a pick up of my car. However, later when I am calling him he is not answering the call
My trust in Nexa Maruti is shaking now.
