CLub Mahindra Sales Representative Mr. Prashant Rote came to me with a 3 year program of club mahindra and pitched this package to me committing me with 20 addon club mahindra night voucher over and above my points in membership. Along with this he even committed he would give us booking for non availibility on the website and easy booking through backend.
All the things committed were written over a paper and i have the paper available with me with his handwritting and his commitment.
We have called him numerous time in the past 3 years, he has not answered the calls or he has told he to give me sometime he will sort it for us.
We have spent 115000 behind this membership thinking it would help us in creating a great family vacation.This person mr rote has destroyed our emotional and financial situation as he conned us with our saving for the trip to complete his sales target.I request to kindly please help me in this situation.
