This exactly they are doing with me too. I have paid, 2,33,000/- Rs. They promised to provide 5* hotels but never they do it, they provided Sterling Resorts, ooty but the room was worst, means, they deal for the worst n cheap rooms. Every time, one has to get into arguments while booking, the executive Mr. Vikram Randhawa who promised 5* luxury hotels never pick the calls, they do not have escalation matrix or grievance Redressal system in place, one has to deal with the same customer care or reservation executives. Already one member Smt. PH Jhansi Rani from Bangalore filed a complaint in consumer court and the honorable court gave verdict in favor of the complainant. I am also planning to file a similar suit and suggest all who suffered to file similar cases against club liberty. This is a big fraud firm n shud b brought to book. I wud also suggest effected members to form a group to file a case, for which I am ready to lead it.
