Dear Team,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my order (Order No. 17954313) worth Rs. 2000, which included a bouquet, mug, and bamboo planter, along with additional charges paid for prior delivery.

The order was supposed to be delivered to:
28 C, Farms

However, your delivery partner (Porter, arranged by your team) incorrectly delivered the package to:
28 B, Farms at 2:22 PM.

This error is entirely on your end. Despite this, your Indore IGP Head has wrongly blamed us and insisted that we arrange to collect the package ourselves from the incorrect address, which is completely unacceptable.

Additionally:
* The screenshot provided as proof of delivery by Porter (shared by your IGP Head) is incorrect and does not validate successful delivery at the correct address.
* Your customer support has been extremely unprofessional there is no proper call support, and on chat, multiple agents kept changing every few minutes without resolving the issue.
* Even after 3 hours of continuous follow-up, your team continued to blame us and falsely claimed that someone from our side had picked up the package.

As a result:
* The intended recipient did not receive the gift.
* I have neither received the product nor any refund.

This is a clear case of service failure and negligence.
