I Smrita Shukla owner of car number MP17ZC1875. I with my cousins were going for an event during which my car met with an accident. I gave my car for repair under my insurance policy with claim number MOT15939517.
So,the matter is my claim has been rejected giving a reason of driver implant.,Without evidence.
I want the legal department to go to the accident spot where they will get cctv footage from petrol pump.
Kindly produce the evidence or
Please look into the matter again for proper R& D .
I am super confident with the evidence as my sister was driving and everything will be clear and fair if proper CCTv footage will be seen
